Midnight Sun brewmaster Chelsea Hendricks pairs up with Stone Brewing Co’s Jessica Gilman to created Joan of Arctic. An ale brewed with rubarb and honey. These talented women are a part of the Pink Boots Society, an organization of over 900 beer professionals.
