Atlanta Brewing Kentucky Beer Dad is the next can release coming to the newly re-named brewery’s lineup this weekend.
A few months ago, nearby Max Lager’s collaborated with Atlanta Brewing on ‘Dad Bod‘, a barleywine fermented with lager yeast. Kentucky Beer Dad has taken that collaboration a step further by aging it in Buffalo Trace barrels. Barleywine meets lager meets bourbon barrels.

Back in August, brewer John Roberts at Max Lager’s (Atlanta, GA) released a hoppy India pale lager dubbed Atomic Frog in time for DragonCon. (Not a nerd? Look it up.) The beer was a cross-town collaboration with Red Brick Brewing.

Red Brick/Max Lager’s Atomic Frog will be available in 22oz bombers in their 7 state distribution soon.
