Beer Class @The Porter Subject: Rauchbiers

Rauchbiers AKA Smoke beers are a German invention.  The smoke flavor in the beer comes from malted barley dried over a fire.  The beer is very unique, and very bold.   Tonight, Porter Beer Bar owner Molly Gunn will host a beer class investigating the rauchbier style.

For $20 dollars you get 6 beers and a boatload of knowledge! There’s no better way to try new beers at this price.  Class starts at 7:30 pm.

Belgian Ale Class @ The Porter

Tonight at The Porter Beer Bar, owner Molly Gunn will be teaching a Belgian light strong ale class.  For 25 dollars you get 5 beers and a boatload of knowledge.

Beers include  Don de Dieu, GC Ambrio, Brooklyn Local 1, Pranqster, Caracole Saxo.
