California based She Beverage Company finds themselves in the crosshairs of Anheuser-Busch’s legal team. This time it’s not over the Budweiser name, but its “title”.
She Beverage thrives on the sale of two products, Supplement H20, and She Beer. To that end, the all female company has dubbed themselves the “Queen of Beer”. Guess what, the “King of Beers” takes legal exception to that that title.
She Beverage Company mention a lawsuit was filed this week against the tagline, citing that consumers who have come to know Bud as the King of Beers could be mis-led in to thinking that the company also brews She Beer.
According to She Beverage Co.’s Twitter feed, they are less than thrilled at the action and plan on fighting it.
