Meet 5th release in Red Brick Brewing‘s (Atlanta, GA) Brick Mason Series – The Lost Years. The base beer is a winter warmer/ American strong ale, aged 8 months in second run Jim Beam barrels. For added flavor, the brewery added bitter orange peel, sweet orange peel, and star anise.
Red Brick will begin blending the 72 oak barrels on Monday. Look for this beer by the end of January.
