Whiskey fans, High West Distillery (Park City, UT) has released another round of Midwinter’s Night’s Dram. The distillery took Rendezvous Rye and finished it in port and French oak barrels. The whiskey mimics the flavors of Christmas.

Mashbill: 6-year old straight rye whiskey: 95% rye and 5% barley malt (LDI now MGP). The 16-year old straight rye: 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley malt (Barton Distillery).
