First Breckenridge/Stranahan’s Collab Debuts Next Week

A few months ago, Breckenridge Brewing struck a deal with Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey, making them the only brewery that can use their name.  In a matter of days, the first batch of Stranahan’s Well Built E.S.B. aged in Stranahan’s whiskey barrels will be released.

The E.S.B. will be packed in 750ml bottles, with 200 cases released initially.  Per the agreement, Breckenridge must release at least 1,250 cases by fall, 2013.

From the Remixed Tracks, this is a blend of Cuvee from bourbon barrels blended into The Angel’s Share (bourbon) with peaches and topped off with Project X (our wild fermentation project) to balance the peaches’ sweetness with some acidity.
