Jester King Introduces Atrial Rubicite

Earlier in the year Jester King added several hundred pounds of raspberries to oak barrels already containing a mature sour beer and than allowed it to re-ferment. The end result is the new Atrial Rubicite, their first barrel aged sour beer containing fruit.  This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle conditioned. Speaking of bottles, this is Jester King’s first beer to be packaged exclusivingly in 500 mL bottles.
