The Bruery Forms “Bruery Terreux”

The Bruery (Placienta, CA) has just announced they are splitting into two business units. They are forming Bruery Terreux, a new brand that will focus solely on farmhouse ales and American wild ales. The name – translates to “Earthy Bruery.”

Bruery Terrerux will take its guidance and inspiration from the earth, creating and presenting flavors as the earth intended. Wort will be created on the brewery’s new GEA CRAFT-STAR brewhouse, then transported to their own facility down the road. All barrel aging and fermentation will take placed at the brand new Bruery Terreux facility.  A new tap room for Bruery Terreux will open in 2015, in Anaheim, California.

Wild ale/sour brands that The Bruery currently brews – Oude Tart, Saison Rue, Hottenroth, and others will transition to Bruery Terreux. The recipes will remain the same.
