Foolproof Brewing Shuckolate, Brewed with Oysters
Foolproof Brewing Shuckolate releases this February. The chocolate stout features oysters used in the brewing process. Foolproof collaborated with two well known foodies on the release.
Shuckolate is Foolproof’s first collaborative beer. We’ve partnered with two renowned Rhode Island food artisans, Walrus & Carpenter Oysters and Garrison Chocolates. The limited release stout has a creamy mouthfeel, slight brininess, as wells a chocolate flavors and aromatics. Chocolate is a celebration of locally sourced food, small business partnerships, and true love. Best enjoyed with someone special.
Foolproof Shuckolate will be available in 22oz bottles in February, 2015.

Foolproof Brewing Expands Again
Foolproof Brewing Co. (Pawtucket, RI) is embarking on their second expansion starting this week. A second 60-barrel tank is being installed, raising the capacity a full 25%.
“It has been a whirlwind couple of years for us so far,” said Nick Garrison, president and founder of Foolproof. “This expansion will help us keep up with demand in our new and existing markets but also provide the flexibility and capacity to introduce new beer styles and packaging formats in 2015.”
Foolproof distributes to Rhode Island to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Dallas, Texas.
