Destihl Synchopathic Apricot joins the brewery’s Wild Sour Series
Destihl Synchopathic Apricot is the latest release the brewery’s canned Wild Sour Series.
The Wild Sour Series is home to Here Gose Nothing, Flanders Red, Blueberry Gose, and more. This third release our of four seasonal Wild Sour offerings ties in a big apricot flavor with the citrus dry-hopping of a pale ale. The kettle soured ale uses Central Illinois micro flora to create a unique “locally grown” tartness.

Destihl Synchopathic Apricot is available in 12-ounce cans starting in August 2017. Expect a 4th Wild Series release to be announced later this year.

Destihil Wild Sour Synchopathic joins Wild can lineup
Destihil Wild Sour Synchopathic has joined the brewery’s Wild Sour Series. The series is known for release like Plum Sour Stout, Kriek, and Lynnbrook Raspberry Sour Ale.
January 2016 was the first time that Destihil Synchopathic Sour first appeared. The dry-hopped American wild ale boasts quite a few flavors according to the brewery:
…with totally rad aromas and flavors reminiscent of grapefruit, orange, lemon, tangerine, pineapple and hints of pine, giving way to a biscuity-crackery malt back beat, low bitterness and a dry finish to bring everything in synch.
Destihil Wild Sour Synchopathic is available in 12 ounce cans and draft starting in mid-July.

Destihl Brewery expanding to Missouri
Destihl Brewery is expanding distribution to Missouri in late July.
Currently, the brewery building a new, 47,000 square foot brewery in Normal, Illinois. The new production facility and increased fermentation capacity is allowing the brewery to go ahead an add the new market.
Destihl has signed a distribution deal with Bevolution Distribution. The Saint Louis market can expect beers from the Wild Sour Series including Here Gose Nothin’ and Counter ClockWeisse.
Additionally, beers from the brewery’s core lineup, including Weissenheimer Hefeweizen, Vertex IPA, Hoperation Overload Double IPA and Abbey’s Single.
